Head of the department of philosophy and culture at John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Poland, Jaroszynski’s talk, “Is Europe in Crisis? Pluralism, Terrorism, and National Identity,” will employ philosophical tools to examine the concerns arising from a unified Europe and will outline how Free the blurring of national boundaries, currencies and legal structures can affect national identity.
